As part of the new and improved myCigara Loyalty Program, we’ve come up with new and improved ways for loyalty members to earn points. One such way is through writing customer reviews. It’s simple, all you need to do is leave a short review —either for a specific product, or for our service here at myCigara —and you’ll be rewarded with loyalty points to be spent as you desire.The way it works is as follows:
We believe in putting the customer first, which is why we want to reward loyal customers who have stuck with us, and stuck with vaping. By leaving a review for our service and products, you’ll not only be helping us, you’ll be helping new customers to decide whether vaping is right for them, and —crucially —you’ll be helping yourself by earning as much as 100 loyalty points every month. How many reviews can I write each month?
The maximum number of reviews for which you can earn points is five per month. That being said, you’re welcome to write more than that —you just won’t earn extra points for them. (It’s worth noting that you can’t “bank” reviews either; so if, for example, you write 10 reviews in one month, that doesn’t mean that 5 will count in the current month and 5 in the next month.)
How detailed do reviews need to be?
Customer reviews need to be at least 20 characters long to be counted toward loyalty points. There’s no need to go into any great detail, but they still need to be “proper” reviews; i.e., you can just type out the same character 20 times.
When are my points awarded?
Loyalty points are tallied and awarded every 30 days. So, you won’t get points immediately upon submitting a review, but our system will count up your reviews each month and award you accordingly.
What kind of reviews can I leave?
User reviews typically fall into 2 main categories: product reviews, or service reviews. As the name suggests, product reviews are for specific products, whilst service reviews are more for your general experience of shopping with myCigara. Of course, you’re welcome to cover both bases within the space of a single review.
